REFUND AND REPLACEMENT
 

Product Exchange 
You can make your change request regarding the product/products you have purchased within 30 days from the date you receive your order. In order to be able to change the product/products you have purchased, you need to follow the steps below.

You must fill in the Change / Refund request section (provided that you specify the color, size, and number information of the product you want to exchange and signed) in the bottom part of the invoice sent to you.

The product must be ready to be shipped in its original packaging and original invoice when it is received.

You can get information from www.rapiderunning.com to get the latest status in our stocks for change and confirm its accuracy.

If there is no demand stated on the back of the invoice of the products you have sent, or the orders that do not correspond to the stock as stated above, max. You will be informed by calling our customer service or sending an SMS within 1 - 5 business days.

 

After completing the above-mentioned processes, you can send the replacement of your product to the address below with the advantage of FREE SHIPPING.

Product Returns

In accordance with the Consumer Law Right of Withdrawal article, you can perform your REFUND within 14 business days after completing the following stages of the product (s) you have purchased.

You must fill in the Change / Refund Request section (by specifying the reason for the return and it is signed) at the bottom of the invoice sent to you.

The labels of the products as well as the information adhesives must not be removed and must have been tried without damaging the product.

The products, including all accessories and packaging materials, must be completely intact, unused, and in a condition to be sold again.

Due to Hygienic Reasons, return and exchange operations of products such as Swimwear, Socks, and Leggings cannot be made.

The product must be ready to be shipped in its original packaging and original invoice when it is received.

You must send your shipments via UPS or DOMESTIC. Products that will be sent to us other than this cargo will not be accepted.

After completing the above-mentioned processes, you can send the return of your product to the address below with the advantage of FREE SHIPPING.

 


How Can I Request Shipping Again?

Orders with cash payments are not automatically canceled on the system because there is no payment at the door where you cannot receive delivery related to the products you have ordered.

 

For cargoes that you cannot receive for credit card orders, you can request cargo again when the product reaches us.


How can I exercise my right of withdrawing?

If you bought the product from korayspor.com and you did not use it outside, if the time you have received has not exceeded 14 days, you can send the product you want to return to the invoice address (RapideRetail Center) with domestic cargo after filling the relevant section behind the return exchange form.

 

Your return will be completed within a maximum of 10 business days.
